The Kelly Group is seeking an Industrial Plant Maintenance Worker for its Marion, Arkansas, location and work in the surrounding area. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of plant maintenance experience in a grain handling and/or processing environment. This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties: Perform equipment maintenance on various types of mechanical equipment, including belt conveyors, bucket elevators, drag chains, grain cleaners, screw conveyors, etc. Show familiarity with different types of bearings and setting tolerances and taper locks Perform rigging and hoisting to properly move materials via the use of cranes and/or hand signaling to an operator Perform and demonstrate the ability to complete work using safe work practices Dismantling / installation of machines, structures and equipment using appropriate tools Additional desired qualifications sought include: Capable of performing welding (SMAW) work and using a torch Ability to fab...Maintenance Worker, Industrial, Equipment Maintenance, Worker, Maintenance, Plant, Manufacturing, Construction
