This is a Back Office Position for MSP (Medicare Savings Plan) Enrollment Department. They will be processing and reviewing enrollment applications.

Job Description:

Responsible for providing general office support by performing a variety of routine clerical/admin duties while ensuring sensitive information is safeguarded.

Qualification:

ü Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

ü Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

ü Detail-oriented and adaptable to repetitive tasks.

ü Able to file in alphabetical or numeric order.

Scopes:

ü Processing and reviewing MSP (Medicare Savings Plan) enrollment application.

ü Gathering, assembles and files information accurately and timely using established procedures.

ü Pulls records and files as requested in a timely manner.

ü Provides back up to other clerical positions as needed.

ü Performs other clerical duties or basic admin duties as assigned (including printing, sending emails etc.).

ü Performs manual or systematic entry of information to prepare correspondence.

ü Maintains record tracking systems.

ü Maintains organized filing cabinets.

ü Handles patient or member information in a safe, secure and timely manner.

ü Copies and faxes information when necessary.

ü Assisting and coordinating with the Mailroom Team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
