Participates actively in the steps of the training process to achieve people development. Colonial Heights, VA (LVA) manufacturing site. Ambassador for Training and Process standardization and understanding in The Lego Group, supports training process and projects in safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost Administrate Standard Work documentation, which includes creation, editing, translation, upload and sharing local and global documentation Close collaboration with process owners and Global Job Trainer Collaborate with other team members to support team s goals Participate in improvement projects (RI - Es, PPS, Focus Board, etc) Support Training Process activities such as training plans, skill matrix and follow up on execution and coordinate special area activities Global alignment and collaboration between sites Implement projects to support efficiency and business needs Use of the company platforms for documents administration Do you have what it takes?
