The University of Notre Dame is accepting applications for the position of a Maintenance Technician at the Land O' Lakes property, located on the border of Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This property of 7,000 heavily-wooded acres with roughly 30 lakes serves as a home for our undergraduate students and a hub for cutting-edge research programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance tasks across various skill sets, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
* Utilize modern equipment and tools to ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
* Operate a chainsaw and work confidently on and around water.
* Conduct inspections, repairs, and installations as needed.
* Work independently and as part of a team to complete assignments.
