Job Details

- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts & enter into computer system - Stage materials for pick-up or shipping - Move materials on and off shelves - Assist in staging customer orders - Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts - Maintain inventory levels record and report specific usage - Help lifting large units as requested, pick up and deliver material when necessary - Deliver needed materials to job sites - May help with moving material on installation job sites - Keep warehouse areas clean and neat, may include sweeping, snow removal, picking up debris, and maintain a safe work environment WHAT YOU BRING - High School Diploma or GED preferred - Warehouse or customer service experience preferred - Experience with tools such as chop saw, drill, caulking gun, etc. - Knowledge of basic safety procedures - Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift product from 10 to 100 lbs WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - Medical Insurance - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Health Savings Account (HSA) - Telehealth: 24/7 access to physicians - Prescription drug Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance / AD&D $50,000 Paid Coverage - Additional Voluntary Employee & Spousal life insurance - Short-term disability Insurance (STD) - Long-term disability Insurance (LTD) - Parental Leave - Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance - Voluntary Accident Insurance - Teammate Assistance Plan - Paid Volunteer Time - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay - Tuition Reimbursement Pay: $18 an hour+ Monthly performance bonus Pre-Employment Requirements Esler Companies requires applicants to successfully complete the following as part of the hiring process: Background Check Physical Assessment - Human Performance Evaluation Drug Screen Empowered to be Extraordinary.
