Job Details
Compensation: $26-35.00 per Hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st shift, M-F, 5:30am - 2:00pm; optional overtime available
Job Duties:
- Set up CNC mills and lathes and prove out first piece for inspection.
- Operate CNC mills and lathes.
- Create fixtures or bore jaws as necessary.
- Edit and optimize programs.
- Detect and resolve tooling issues and insert failures.
- Aid continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
- Assist in maintenance of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of set up experience of similar machinery (Large CNC Mills/Lathes).
- 4+ years operating experience of similar machines.
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
- Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.
