What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Ensure smooth execution of all training activities within the organization for new hire and tenured staffMaintain and execute onboarding training for new hires in alignment with SOPsSupport clinical trial execution through the implementation of Core Functional Curriculum initiativesMonitor training completion metrics and ensure complianceProvide input to the Training Plan based on feedback and learning opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferredMinimum of 6 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare settingAdvanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH Guidelines, and clinical research processDemonstrated competency in coaching and training clinical research staffStrong solution-oriented customer focusStrong organizational, time management, and meeting facilitation skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with project managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with stakeholders in different departments for training needsProficiency in Learning Management Systems and other relevant training design platforms
