Flexible overnight shifts. Must be one nurse to cover all shifts.-Three 11 hour shifts: 8pm-7am OR Four 8.25 hour shifts-9:45pm-6am.
* *Patient Details:*
* 7 year old male
* Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy, Cerebral Palsy, Hypotonia
* Nurse must be experienced seizure management respiratory and GI assessments
* Dysautonomia management
* G-tube for feedings and medications
* Chest Physiotherapy Vest
* Cough assist
* Oral and Nasal Pharyngeal Suctioning/ Nebulizers/Bipap at night
* Solid assessment experience required
* Patient Narrative: Robert is a happy 7 year old boy who is 100% dependent on others for care and access to the world around him. He enjoys music and lights. He loves hanging out and watching TV and playing games with assistance. We are mainly looking for overnight availability and an occasional evening or per diem shift. We are flexible on start and end times.

* *Diverse Cases*: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
* *Pay Rates*: Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials:
*RN*: $44/$46/$48 per hour *LPN*: $36/$38/$40 per hour

* *Licensure*: Nurses must hold a valid *RN* or *LPN* license in the state of Massachusetts.
