**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Delivery/Courier Services for all Red Gold Facilities

* Mail delivery to each Elwood, RGT, Orestes and Alexandria Red Gold facility at least twice daily

* Delivery to Geneva twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings

* Thursday is payroll delivery

* 2 US Post Office deliveries daily in Elwood, once in the morning and once in the afternoon

* 2 US Post Office pickups in Geneva, only on Tuesday and Thursday

* Obtain certified mailing certificates as requested for outgoing mail

* Sign for pick up certified mailings with the pick-up of mail

Maintain the Company Vehicle

* Wash the outside of the vehicle on an as needed basis, at the direction of management

* Maintain the interior of the vehicle at least once weekly

* Vacuum the floors; dust the interior, etc.

* The key to the Company vehicle must be turned in at the end of each day to the appropriate location

Special Projects

* Pick up of products as assigned

* Delivery of products as assigned

* Special trips will need to be authorized by Facility Manager

Expense record keeping

* When making purchases on special trips utilize your company provided Visa card

* Retain the receipt for purchases and have the requestor sign the receipt and provide the appropriate account code

* Submit receipts to the Accounts Payable Department

* When utilizing your own personal vehicle track mileage and submit miles for reimbursement

* Inform the Facility Manager at the CO Office of necessary vehicle maintenance

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

* High School Diploma

* Clean driving record

* At least 10 years of driving experience
