Our client is on the hunt for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent with exceptional customer service skills who can use their problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues.

Bilingual Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve products and services
  • Make calls to existing customers and set up contract renewal plans


Bilingual Customer Service Agent Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or call center, ideally with troubleshooting escalated calls
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Team player mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
