Finch Turf, a leading John Deere Golf Course and Sports Turf dealership, is seeking an In-house Golf & Sports Turf Equipment Service Technician for their shop in Avon, MA. Required Skills and aptitude:

- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
- Forklift experience (preferred)
Key responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of golf and sports turf equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance.
- Overhaul and test major components.
- Complete documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders.
- Utilize equipment operating manuals, schematics, and drawings.
- Diagnose and identify malfunctions.
- Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn parts.
- Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $25.00-$32.00 per hour with earning potential of $40.00 + per hour with bonus and incentives.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years' mechanical experience
