Utility Crew Foreman

Dave Schmitt Construction a Cedar Rapids, Iowa based union excavating and grading company is seeking a Utility Crew Foreman.
The ideal candidate would have experience with the following:
installation of watermain
sanitary sewer
storm sewer
Duties:
The Utility Crew Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Must be able to operate heavy equipment, read and follow blueprints and direct a crew of 4.
Daily paperwork consists of, but not limited to, JHA s, time tracking of crew hours, production tracking of quantities installed.
The work area is generally within a 60-mile radius of Cedar Rapids.
Qualifications:
Clean driving record.
Pass drug screen, MVR and background check.
Ability to work in a confined space.
