$16.53 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

FULL TIME/ WITH BENEFITS

Performs a variety of working level clerical and secretarial duties as needed to assist in and expedite the day-to-day recording, maintenance, and processing of administrative information, data, files, records, communications and reports.

Serves as a Customer Service Representative; answers all in-coming phone calls and voice mail messages, answers customer's routine questions, gives account balances, updates customer billing information, takes payments over the phone, takes messages and routes calls to appropriate personnel, with courtesy and professional customer service.

Creates and/or updates files and records related to cart delivery and cart program monitoring; Generates Cart Service Order List and coordinates with Cart Delivery Drivers to ensure list is generated and completed in a timely manner; Apprises callers of cart status, delivery schedule or requirements for carts reported as missing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. High school diploma or GED required.
  3. Two years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  4. Possession of valid Utah driver's license.
  5. Type 30 wpm and ability to pass type test.
  6. Must be bondable.
