We work on a Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office and two days at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and market-leading consumer products.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Brand Positioning: Define and refine the brand positioning to differentiate our products in the market.
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Brand Performance Analysis: Monitor brand performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements - Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
