This position is responsible for Deplating, Dewaxing and Inspection / Wrapping molds for Casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES Expected to assist in the implementation of Arconics EHS value and policy statement and its accompanying principles. Comply with all department, facility, Corporate and Regulatory EH&S regulations. Wear all required personal protective equipment. Report all job-related illness and injuries. (Per employee handbook). Report all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner. Attend all EH&S training. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS in the Equiax / DS Foundry Removes molds from the output dry tunnels, removes hardware from molds and records mold weights Loads and unloads autoclave & continuous Dewax oven. In the Equiax Foundry perform the Core Reclaim operation when needed. Perform mold wash / inspection/ mold wrap and boroscope operation. Operates attendant equipment.
