Industrial Air Power is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager in Muskego, WI.
The General Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's overall business activities, managing operational costs, and developing and implementing effective business strategies. This person will also oversee vendor communication, generate new business and manage existing staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong knowledge of business functions and budgeting.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee daily business operations
- Hire and train new employees, as well as manage existing staff
- Create annual budget and allocate resources appropriately
- Identify opportunities for growth and generate new business
- Manage vendor relationships
- Oversee pricing proposals and updates
Other Duties:- Various HR duties as needed
- Monitor overall productivity
- Monitor e-commerce performance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Business Administration
- Previous experience working as a General Manager or in a similar role
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
