Job Details

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, using a headset, answering and transferring calls in central queue utilizing the CMT interactive client phone process, which includes properly maintaining your status and logging in to your phone, along with other busy work such as prepping documents for scanning, data entry, incoming and outgoing mail.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Greet callers with appropriate greeting
• Ask appropriate questions to Identify who caller needs to speak with or what caller needs accomplished
• Provide appropriate summary to the caller of what Customer Representative is doing
• Transfer call utilizing the appropriate process for situation i.e. direct transfer to queue, individual transfer or transfer utilizing a consult/warm hand off process
• Process and route calls from the Crisis Hotline appropriately
• Complete other duties as assigned as listed above in-between calls.
• Other duties as assigned
