Accountant
Location: Hybrid position (in-person work only 1-2 days/week in Bethel, Connecticut)
Salary: $45,000 - $47,000 per year
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30-4:30

This role offers the convenience of some working from home while providing the opportunity to collaborate in our Bethel, Connecticut office 1-2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and manage general ledger systems
+ Pe rform account analysis and bank reconciliations
+ P repare and post monthly journal entries
+ Assist with internal and external audits
+ Prepare annual state cost reports
+ Process weekly bank deposits
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Accounting
+ Valid Drivers License
+ Strong organizational skills
+ P roficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to work independen tly and manage time efficiently
