Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Human Resources Manager in our South Carolina Market, the HR Coordinator is a member of the ICG Human Resources team and will have responsibilities supporting the teams in the Florida and South Carolina markets. The incumbent will provide administrative support for the HR team, and also partner with managers and employees in regard to policy, payroll, recruiting, and benefits issues.

**Bilingual skills English/Spanish a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage process for new hires & terminations, job changes, department changes/allocations, and salary changes.
  • Support HR Generalist with weekly payroll to ensure payroll is processed correctly.
  • Monitors and tracks Leave of Absence processes ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and skills.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialist with all recruiting activities including local sourcing activities, college recruiting, job fairs, job postings, and interview tracking.
  • Provide additional support during key HR initiatives.


SCOPE:
  • Contributes through specific expertise at the shared service level.
  • Does not supervise employees.


Required Education:
  • Associate degree in business, HR or equivalent in related field; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred


Required Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in a HR-related role
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple and diverse assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with an enterprise HRIS (Workday a plus), as well as an applicant tracking system.
  • Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Bilingual skills English/Spanish a plus.
  • Travel to business locations, 20% or less
