The Job Details are as follows:

The Solutions Architect will leverage deep technical expertise to develop and deliver solutions for our customers across various technology domains.

Responsibilities:

- - Develop and deliver innovative solutions to consulting clients in various areas of technology.

``` - - Build a customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution.

``` - - Establish architectural vision and direction for comprehensive technical solutions across multiple projects and initiatives.

``` - - Translate product vision to the development team, disseminating knowledge, technical requirements, and design documentation.

``` - - Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work.

``` - - Drive working sessions with client to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met.

``` - - Identify and evaluate project constraints and risks.

``` - - Research and monitor new technologies, frameworks, and tools that would improve development workflows and optimize technological capabilities to meet business needs.

``` - - Scope, design, and present proof of concept (POC) that have potential to become products, analyzing for technical feasibility and implementation risks.

``` - - Identify additional product/service opportunities.

Requirements:

- - Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) (or international equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

``` - - Strong understanding of IT strategy, engineering services, analytics, compliance, integration, or a related technical field.

``` - - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

``` - - Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, analyze problems, and develop innovative solutions.

``` - - Proven experience crafting proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.

```{=html}

``` - - Proficiency in research and staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Desired Qualifications:

- - Knowledge and experience in Workday and/ or Oracle environment, modules, tools
