Location:
Remote in Paoli, PA
Training will be in office
Shift:
M-F, 8:30AM-6PM
Pay Rate:
$23/hour
What you will be doing:
*Provides exceptional client service by taking inbound calls and serving as initial point of contact for clients, responding to client requests, resolving general account issues and providing digital assistance. May handle escalated issues.
*Demonstrates strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills.
*Follows standardized procedures to meet client needs. May conduct research for complex requests.
*Self-sufficient and able to utilize multiple resources to find answers and resolutions independently while meeting department efficiency metrics.
*Documents client and team feedback in support of service improvement efforts within the business.
The right candidate will have:
*2 years of Customer service and prior insurance or financial experience.
*Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
*Exceptional client-relation, telephone etiquette and communication (oral and written) skills.
*Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Working knowledge and ability to use multiple computer software/systems simultaneously.
