The Bowling Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that our bowling alley operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist guests with their needs, maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the bowling area, and contribute to a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet guests warmly and provide information about bowling services. Assist with lane assignments, shoe rentals, and scoring systems. Monitor bowling lanes to ensure proper functionality, addressing and resolving minor technical issues with lane equipment or scoring systems and reporting any unresolved issues to management. Respond promptly and proactively to guest inquiries and requests. Provide guest with guidance on proper bowling techniques and ensure all safety guidelines are followed, addressing any unsafe behaviors and reporting all incidents to management.
