Description:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following daily tasks.
- Maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the property sites.
- Organize, coordinate and manage maintenance programs including turnovers, timely work order service, and cost-effective inventory control of the properties.
- Responsible for routine inspections, tenant improvements and providing positive tenant experiences.

Requirements:
Availability
- Workdays are typically Monday through Friday. On Call weekend and evening hours for after-hour maintenance emergencies.
Experience/Skills
- One-year maintenance experience.
- General apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical knowledge, safety conscious, and dependable, ability to work with pressure of deadlines.
- Phone and Tablet Capable
- Verbal Communication skills
- Goal oriented, flexible, resourceful, and able to work as part of a team and work individually.
Work Environment
- Work is performed at rental properties.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. necessary for installation and removal of appliances.
- Must provide own basic tools and ability to operate hand tools to make repairs.
- Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc. to reach items in need of repairs.
- Ability to drive to and from job sites; vehicle to be provided for travel to properties.
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather.
- Requires phone and computer use.
