Manage the effective communication to the customer regarding order status on a weekly basis. Work with operations team for status of customer units in shop and to ensure they are progressed through the shop on-time and in accordance with customer contract requirements. Quoting, shipping, and invoicing of customer units. Resolution of past due invoices when necessary. Work with materials team for material requirements. Problem solving. Lean initiatives. Back-up support to other Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialists as necessary to meet our customer contract requirements. Required Qualifications. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services and Fulfillment.
