Position Details:
Position Type: Full Time, Direct Hire
Job Location: Remote + 70% Travel, can be based out of a Mid-Atlantic Metro Market or Chicago Preferably

Compensation: $130k - $160k annually + Commission / Bonus Incentives up to an additional 50% of salary.

Our client expertly provides air and ground transportation nationwide that is specifically designed to meet the needs of the organ transplant community. Their first and foremost goal is their mission, being a one call solution for Air and Ground Organ Recovery Transportation, in a fashion that is as reliable and efficient as possible.
Our client is in an aggressive growth phase, building upon their brand and market recognition, and this role will be an integral part of their success in meeting their goals and building on the investment of ownership and executive leaderships vision.

The Opportunity:
As the Client Service Manager, you ll be focused on farming existing and business (75% of the time) and business development for new clients (25% of the time.) This role reports to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and works in conjunction with the Director of Client Development.
This role will involve travel to client sites around 70% of the time (the bulk of which would be overnight stays depending upon where the selected candidate lives.)
  • Primary responsibility is to maintain accounts in good standing.
    • Routine site visits with Key Stakeholders.
    • Develop initiatives to grow and strengthen relationships.
    • Identify opportunities to increase service offerings to existing customers.
    • Anticipate potential threats to current business.
  • Secondary responsibilities.
    • Produce quarterly sales report with forecasting pipeline.
    • Develop KOL network that highlights our value proposition as a surrogate champion at Industry events, and /or sponsored education offerings.
    • Identify potential growth opportunities with new clients.
    • Identify collaborative possibilities within partnership sites that simultaneously highlight our partners growth that is directly linked to our efforts.
  • Profile of Desired Candidate:
    • Management level experience in a Transplant Center (TC) or Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) is highly desirable. Additionally, a background with Organ Perfusion and/or Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) would also be aligned for success in this role.
    • Experience with a Transplant Center Administration, particularly with a finance background that understands reimbursement for the transplant center would be a huge plus.
