Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced individual with extensive commercial real estate finance knowledge to lead a new division in our rapidly growing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise capital through accredited investors, family offices, and financial institutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with investors and financial partners.
- Identify and evaluate potential funding sources and investment opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and structuring of capital transactions, including senior, mezzanine, and non-guaranteed lending.
- Oversee the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and investor presentations.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform capital-raising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for capital transactions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align capital-raising activities with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in debt and/or equity capital markets.
- Minimum 7-10 years of commercial real estate finance experience.
- Proven ability to generate new account relationships and leads.
- A portable book of business is preferred.
