Job Summary
Pay is dependent on experience.
- Plans, manages and directs the work of production personnel. Ensures cost effective, quality production of product according to standards.
Required Skills
- Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years experience out of a food, preferably baked goods, manufacturing company and at least 1 of those years managing a shift or team
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation as it relates to production
- Ability to Overses daily operations and monitors production supervisors.
- Knowledge of how to ensure cost effective, quality production of products.
- Prior experience supporting a team in achieving compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, OSHA, etc.).
