Property Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay : $70-72k, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
Responsible to monitor the property daily and conduct quality checks on any potential safety hazards
Prepare reports on key aspects of the property
Supervise the Resident Manager at the property
Coordinate with third party contractors to perform work onsite
Communicate closely with the supervisor and facilities manager to schedule maintenance, repairs, and improvements

Position Qualifications/Requirements:
5+ years' in affordable housing, residential property management, and/or supportive housing
3+ years' supervisory experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks from various office departments
Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, Tax Credit, Section 8, MOH
Designations: Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM), or equivalent
Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, 504 compliance related issues, as well as basic landlord tenant issues and conflict resolution
Knowledge of Realpage not required, but strongly preferred.
