WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE-FULL TIME

This Warehouse Associate starting rate is $17/hr, however the experience and skill level you can bring to the team will be considered for a negotiable pay rate. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
As a Warehouse Associate, you are a critical component of our team. You keep our warehouse organized and safe! On the front lines of our workflow process, you are responsible for checking in and out tools, managing inventory, shipping and receiving and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our service team attends to each client with the equipment and materials they need to do the job. You will accomplish this by keeping organized records, managing part orders and tools. Your efforts result in the efficiency of our crew and the safety of our warehouse. Highly organized and motivated, you continually work on your own professional development and find ways to improve your process. You love interacting with new people every day, find the challenge engaging, and look forward to advancing as an employee!
Delivering to jobsites as needed is a large part of this position - you will be required to drive to and from these jobsites, supply houses, etc. on any given day. You will be operating company vehicles to accomplish this, so a good driving record and safe driving skills are a must!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to drop everything and deliver!
- Passion for helping small businesses succeed!
- High level of organization, time management, and effective communication skills
- Touch type 35 words a minute

This position will report daily to our Little Rock, Arkansas office. This hourly position is full-time. We serve our clients from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every business day.
