Financial Controller


Job Details

Robert Half is on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience, the capacity to perform audits, and solid technical accounting knowledge. Knowledge of IFRS and experience with NetSuite software will be considered a strong advantage. Experience in the franchise industry is also desired, and a CPA certification is preferred. Initially, this role requires in-office training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the complete financial system, including audits, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Utilize NetSuite for financial procedures and data management.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the analysis of financial data and define relevant information.
  • Leverage your franchise industry knowledge to enhance financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong management experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with audits and technical accounting.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and NetSuite is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the franchise industry is a plus.
  • CPA certification is desirable.
