Floor Technician at National Maintenance Contractors (NMC).
Shift: Monday through Friday; 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM
Location: Tri-Cities, WA
Requirements:
- You must be at or over 18 years old.
- Floor Care experience scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and stripping hard floors or carpets. Minimum of 6 months of experience
- Must have a valid driver's license, to operate a company vehicle.
- A pre-employment drug test as well as a criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you ll be:
- Buffing
- Stripping and waxing hard floors
- Carpet cleaning using power equipment
- Driving a company vehicle to multiple locations throughout the week, and completed Floor care tasks.
