Location: Moorestown, NJ

Pay Range: $20-26 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, in-office, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM during training.
Day-to-Day Duties/Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
SKILLS REQUIRED:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant, progressive experience in client service and client management (promotional products experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems (SAP Business 1 experience a plus).
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
  • Build strong client relationships, improve the client journey, and create a positive client experience in conjunction with Sales staff.
  • Apply project management principles to support client programs.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Participate in new client onboarding and kick-off meetings.
  • Prepare and present promotional item presentations based on client needs.
  • Source promotional items and prepare full cost analyses for orders.
  • Work directly with supplier factories and warehouse staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues.
  • Keep sales team members informed of client-related issues.
  • Enter order details in the CRM system, ensuring accurate pricing and cost capture.
  • Expedite rush orders and keep clients updated on order developments.
  • Address quality defects and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Use CX support team for routine tasks to focus on value-added activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
