Under the direction of Plant Manager/ Crops Specialist, loads and custom applies crop protection products and fertilizers, and as directed. Maintains and repairs all facility buildings, equipment, and property. Completes required paperwork, such as application logs, inspection forms, and maintenance records as required. Load trucks, tanks, and equipment with products as needed. Operates plant equipment, such as forklift, loaders, and other items. Helps maintain inventory of all products at facility. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Loads and applies crop protection inputs to customers fields and grows crops according to recommended rates, procedures, and following all pesticide labels to maximize product performance and customer satisfaction. Completes spray/application logs as fields are completed, noting any problems or concerns when they happened.
