The Food Services Dishwasher - Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, etc. It is essential that the dishwasher maintain the dishwashing stations in a pristine and safe manner to ensure patient safety. Job Specific Duties: Ensures all department dishes, glassware, cooking utensils are clean, sanitized and properly stored. Ensures that there are always clean dishes, glasses and utensils ready for use. Ensures that the water in the dishwasher is replaced on an hourly basis. Removes trash and garbage from the restaurant. Responsible for rolling/unrolling mats in order to clean floors Maintains a clean and organized workspace, ensure proper sanitation and use proper safety and cleanliness standards. Maintains daily HACCP logs. Unload and organize store room stock as needed.
