Under general supervision, provide general clerical support of night shift warehouse operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Generate, clear flags and export orders in BFC Dakota in the truck builder for night shift selectors. Communicate with the routing department for special instructions on a nightly basis. Collate all labels, check-offs and load sheets for night shift operation. On a daily basis, complete all duties shown on the daily list. Track and record shipping statistics for the night shift on a nightly basis. Review catchweight data input for accuracy. Develop invoices for all routes. Collect and distribute all needed documentation for the transportation department. Adhere to all applicable good manufacturing practices (GMP), personal hygiene, and safe quality food (SQF) policies and procedures as described in the European imports Sysco food safety training manual.
