A Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field, or at least three years of experience in business analysis or project management.Experience working with analytic tools, such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.Exposure to relational databases and

SQL .Experience working with higher education, constituent relationship management and/or a fundraising system experience.Position Summary

The Business Systems Analyst is a key role within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations ( DAR ), reporting to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics. This position collaborates with management, stakeholders, and team leads to provide valuable recommendations and assist in the implementation of technical solutions, quality control projects, and business process improvements. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for delivering solutions using click to configure processes, analytic and visualization tools, and supporting various data enhancement, clean-up, and import processes.
