Title: Area Supervisor Manager: Manager


Function: Ensure customer service is performed and delivered according to client specifications, and company policies, procedures, systems, and training. Assist in achieving financial goals for the account(s) within the region and company guidelines. Demonstrate proficiency in all basic functions of the direct reports as well as the ability to work with people, including employees, customers, and vendors.


Required For Position: One year experience in training and supervision; Reliable transportation; Valid license and car insurance.


Preferred Experience: Ability to create and manage employee work schedules; knowledge of industry related state and federal regulations; capable of operating within budgetary guidelines; maintaining employee and customer satisfaction and relationships: Bilingual in Spanish.


Skills:

  • Visually inspect assigned area for completion of assigned tasks, making the necessary corrections and recommendations for improvements (such as stains, spots, streaks, dust, trash, or small items on floor within ten feet)

  • Ability to effectively communicate with immediate supervisor, employees, and customer

Scope: On a day-to-day basis the Supervisor is responsible for the following in the account they are assigned to:

  1. Coordinating personnel assignments and performing work per specifications,
  2. Developing, training, and supervising employees,
  3. Conducting, attending, and participating in employee meetings,
  4. Anticipating and responding to employee and customer concerns,
  5. Conducting on-site inspections,
  6. Operating within account budget,
  7. Ensuring compliance with safety programs and processes,
  8. Investigating, reporting, and analyzing accidents and incidents.
