We are currently seeking an Environmental/Hazardous Materials Project Manager to support activities in performing Asbestos, Lead and Mold Surveys, Indoor Air Quality Investigations and Soil/Groundwater studies.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Survey commercial, residential, and other buildings for HAZMATs including asbestos, lead paint, PCBs, etc.
* Monitor asbestos abatement in accordance with EPA, OSHA and AHERA regulations.
* Collect samples for determination of Asbestos, Lead or Mold content.
* Assist in conducting surveys, preparation of abatement design and specifications.
* Assisting in report writing, including preparation of detailed logs and data summary tables.
* Position entails frequent travel throughout Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
Job Requirements
* Valid driver"s license and good driving record required.
* 2 Year Minimum Experience Required
* Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
* Able to work on roofs, ladders, and crawlspaces.
* Asbestos Building Inspector and Air Monitoring Licenses - highly recommended
* Lead Paint Inspector and/or Risk Assessor License - highly recommended
* OSHA-40 Hour HAZWOPER Preferred
