!Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified
Deskside Support Technician to join their team for a
hyrid position based in Wilson, NC. This
Technician will work onsite 3 to 4 days a week and must be reliable to work remotely the rest of the week over the client s RSA with provided tools and work system.
Skills and Qualifications: -
A+ Certification is required but can be obtained in the first 90 days of employment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as most of support provided will be via teams / phone

Experience in supporting an enterprise environment
-
Experience in banking industry is a plus
- Prior experience in a remote support role, supporting clients over the phone or using teams and knowledge of remote control tools
-
Prior experience supporting software and operating systems for Dell and / or Lenovo
- Solid understanding of computers specializing in win. 11 or prior OS system migrations
-
Technical ability to troubleshoot and repair software or system issues, including win. 11 migration problems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
-
Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure

Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
