Job Description
Be able to evaluate, maintain, and repair both mechanical and electrical production equipment.
Requirements Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities - 2 years' maintenance experience.
- Critical thinking; ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning equipment.
- Ability to be able to perform emergency repairs of production equipment.
- Possess the discipline to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Needs to be able to read schematics and troubleshoot, service and install system components.
- Good time management; the ability to organize a plan and execute in an effective schedule.
- Ability to learn the computer software, machine start-up, and proper operation.
- Perform hands on work including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical and repair of production machines.
- Good human relations to relate cordially with team members and workers.
- Willing to collaborate and troubleshoot within a team.
- Must be willing to work overtime as required.
