We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to families and staff.

*This position will work inside of client's homes

Pay: $80,000-115,000/yr. Based upon experience

Work Location: Omaha, NE

As a BCBA you will:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
  • Use evaluation tools such as VB-MAPP, the Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
  • Provide direct supervision and support to ABA Technicians and other team members.
  • Train and support families and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions to modify plans as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Must Haves:
  • Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and other staff.
