Rogers Group is seeking candidates for our CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position in SPRINGDALE, ARKANSAS. Candidates must be motivated, safety conscious individuals with good multi-tasking skills. As the Customer Service Representative you would operate our proprietary Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks. This position requires general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures; requiring some judgement in the accounting, and billing support. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, including some Saturdays. Regular hours would be 6am-3pm Mon-Fri, occasionally staying until 4pm. We are closed some Saturdays and every Sunday.
Job Requirements:
- Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service
- Take and input customer orders
- Dispatch products and material for delivery
- Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities
- Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division
- May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
Qualifications - Previous experience in customer service or dispatch preferred. but not required
- High school diploma required
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must work well with others
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must provide valid I9 documentation of worker eligibility
