- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- 10 consults per week, 15 follow-up per week
- Locums will see consults, follow-ups , oversee treatments, plan SRS, SBRT, IMRT
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
