Minimum Required Skills/Experience (not inclusive of all requirements)
Bachelors degree and/or five years of mortgage loan origination or mortgage banking experience
Proven ability to build a sales pipeline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
Ability to manage and maintain a successful business.
Prior success in sales prospecting and generating referrals.
Organizational skills with file management.
High initiative and self-motivation.
Desire to work with autonomy, while having control of your branch.
