They are flexible and collaborative with all the stability you could dream of in addition to being the MOST competitive in compensation!
Duties would include:
- oversite of residential construction projects from start to finish
- close collaboration with Project Managers
- coordination with subcontractors
- discussions and walk throughs with homeowners
The Must-Haves
- residential construction experience, preferably in high end custom homes
- on site experience as a Superintendent 5+ years preferred
- professional attitude and presentation
- a friendly demeanor
