Job Details
Drives vehicles to safely transport clients to appointments, special events and recreational activities, and to pick-up or deliver equipment or supplies; conducts other miscellaneous business errands as needed. Schedules and coordinates transportation needs for assigned facilities or programs by planning and prioritizing trips in cooperation with treatment team members. Monitors client behavior during transport, maintains order in vehicle and ensures the safety of passengers; reports client incidents or inappropriate behaviors to treatment team members. Maintains documentation of trip mileage, destinations and passenger rosters; fuels and cleans vehicle; performs minor maintenance tasks and schedules periodic vehicle maintenance.
