Pathway's to Excellence Designation by ANCC!
- Licensed RN with a BSN preferred.
- At least 1 year of bedside Staff experience in any acuity from a clinical setting.
- Knowledge and ability to provide direct patient care for a specific specialty.
- Making sure standards of practice is up to par while following the mission and vision of the organization.
- Monitors, documents, and communicates patient s conditions as appropriate.
- Comfortable is a busy fast paced environment.
