Inbound Customer Service Representative | Fort Myers, FL - These are temp-to-perm position working in the medical field!
These are NOT REMOTE positions, must be willing to commute to their call center building in Fort Myers, FL.
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. OR 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
The ideal candidate will have some customer service experience, such as in a retail, restaurant or call center environment.
Pay: $16.00-17.16 per hour based on experience
If you are customer service friendly and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you! We are looking to add representatives to our team who have strong organizational skills, are good at juggling or multi-tasking, and empathetic with good listening skills for a large health care provider in Lee County. Training Details:
Training provided; hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
4-weeks of full-time, day shift training (at your full payrate) before being placed on the call center floor to work independently

This will be in a large team environment, and you will have your own office workspace in an office setting for a large health care provider in Lee County
