As a Senior Staff CAD Engineer, you will work as part of a corporate CAD/EDA team to develop and maintain software tools that assist the integrated circuit design process and product data management; Does this sound exciting? Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Be utilizing agile software development processes to create/update tools with a world-wide team
- Be interfacing with Mixed Signal engineering teams at both the SOC and IP level to streamline IP integration into SOCs
- Be supporting digital/analog/mixed IP and SOC teams in your areas of methodology expertise
Your Profile: You are best equipped for this task if you have:- A BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in CAD/EDA/VLSI Design environment
- A solid understanding of SOC design methodology
- Understand how design data is managed and what the best practices for maintaining design data
- Excellent programming skills in scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Perl, Tcl)
- C++/C# skills are a bonus
- Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
- Team leadership skillsare a bonus
