Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of housing and healthcare for close to 400 residents. We are currently seeking qualified, team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the following openings. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervision and of residents' care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities:
*Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents*
*Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is proved according to physician's order's.*
*Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs as well as determines staffing requirements*
*Assesses the needs of each resident, and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan*
*Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan*
*Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties*
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills and requirements:
*Valid nursing license*
*Excellent bedside manner and communication skills*
*Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations*
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) shift openings:
*Full-time, Part-time, & Per Diem*
*All Shifts*
*$30.00 - $32.00/hour ($34.00/hour for PD)*
*$1.00/hour Shift Differential for 3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am (FT/PT only)*
*Medical/Dental/Vision/LTD & Life insurance available after 60 days. (FT only) Single coverage only $50.00 per bi-weekly pay period*
